Cambodian social media is abuzz about an incident at the torch-lighting ceremony for the 32nd Southeast Asian Games held at the country's famed Angkor Wat that was live-streamed nationwide. As Prime Minister Hun Sen and King Norodom Sihamoni were chatting in the hot sun, the king's umbrella holder could be seen trying to protect strongman Hun Sen, instead of the powerless monarch. Two Cambodian opposition activists have been charged with insulting the king and incitement to commit a felony for saying that the nation can "clearly see who is the real king."
