Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un laughed it up as they drove each other around Pyongyang in a Russian-built Aurus limousine gifted to Kim during Putin’s first visit to the reclusive country in 24 years.
The highly choreographed scene underscored what the two leaders said was a “new, high level of alliance” that raises suspicions that North Korea is providing weapons for Putin's war in Ukraine in exchange for Russian technological assistance for Kim's space program.
